the staff there are SO rude
I had a really disappointing experience. I stood there for about 3 minutes waiting to be helped while multiple employees were around, but no one acknowledged me at all. It honestly felt like I was being ignored. Customer service should at least include a simple greeting or letting someone know you’ll be with them shortly. Not a great impression, and definitely something that needs improvement.
Thomas was so attentive and thorough he was great curteous and kind. Please recognize him and give him a raise.

Worst Auntie Anne’s I’ve ever been to. The salted pretzel bites were hard and we’re not fluffy and they were not warm like they’re supposed to be. The lemonade tasted watered down and lacked flavor. Management needs to see this and change this horrible service. I’m not eating here again.
