Came at 1:10pm, employees were placing all the fresh product on the counter behind the warmers and refusing to sell any of it for 20 minutes until 1:30 when they put everything in to restock the warmer. Very weird.
This Auntie Anne’s has so many low reviews I was nervous to try it but their location is good and after my experience , Im not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, we got the cinnamon pretzel bites and the mini hot dogs with cheese super good the only thing is my hot dogs had a weird nail polish flavour but i was super hungry so all good on my end !
There was no one in line. They weren't busy at all. I walked up to the counter. I receive no greeting from the employee. She didnt even look up or acknowledge my presence. I asked if she had a LG or sm nugget available. She answered me without even looking up with only one word. I ordered a nugget. She continued to look at her register for a long period still not acknowledging me.... I walked out without purchasing anything. Very rude! Doesn't deserve my business.
The worst service I’ve ever experienced at Auntie Anne’s. I came in for an almond pretzel — they didn’t have it, fine. I ordered an original instead. What I got was the palest, clearly underbaked pretzel. I asked for a different one and said it was too light, and the employee somehow thought I was asking for no salt. I was okay with waiting they were in the process of loading the window was told I was not allowed to purchase anything other than what was in the window absolutely ridiculous
