The worst service I’ve ever experienced at Auntie Anne’s. I came in for an almond pretzel — they didn’t have it, fine. I ordered an original instead. What I got was the palest, clearly underbaked pretzel. I asked for a different one and said it was too light, and the employee somehow thought I was asking for no salt. I hate coming here with these non speaking English high schoolers. They don't understand me, and I never get what I ordered. This is my last time coming here. I refuse
Please tell your employees to get off the phone. They're all running around with earbuds. In talking on the phone, all the food had been in the window so long that it was black from being burnt and disgusting. I bought some pretzel dogs completely greasy. It's a disgrace. The young lady behind the counter was clearly bothered by me being present.Please fix your business.They're ruining it for you
