I went on 4/17 go the solo location, not the one attached to the Cinnabon. The food was good as always. However, when I walked up to pay, the younger woman was standing at the register on her phone. She did not speak until I said “Hello”. She was abrupt and short with me and did not look up once from her phone. Super rude and very frustrating.
Destiny and Sakela were awesome hooked me up and helped me fill my belly, will definitely be back for more pretzels and mini dogs!!!

This location is the worst! This isn't my first bad experience, but it will be my last. There was one other customer waiting on their order. There were 2 ladies behind the counter, one seemed to be training the other, after i stood there for a few minutes, one of them acknowledged me, and said they would be right with me. I stood there for another 5 minutes, and no one said another word, or attempted to take my order.
