Ride employees, always out of stock. You are a pretzel shop that use maybe 10 ingredients.. its that simple. How can you be out of something new like Cheese dogs, or the cinnamon pretzels. ITS LAZY EMPLOYEES who are the problem.
I have been a regular customer at this location for a while, and my experiences have generally been good. However, I’m sad to say the customer service has significantly declined. During my most recent visit, I stood waiting while two employees continued a long, inappropriate personal conversation. They clearly saw me, they even looked my way and smiled but they chose to finish their discussion before acknowledging me. took forever, workers mad mean. my friend ordered a cinnamon pretzel, they took 20mins to make it and gave her a salted pretzel, when she told them it was supposed to be cinnamon they replied with a attitude n were mean about the whole thing
The pretzel prices are too high, always out of stock, and rude employees! Will not be back!
