I have been a regular customer at this location for a while, and my experiences have generally been good. However, I’m sad to say the customer service has significantly declined. During my most recent visit, I stood waiting while two employees continued a long, inappropriate personal conversation. They clearly saw me, they even looked my way and smiled but they chose to finish their discussion before acknowledging me. took forever, workers mad mean. my friend ordered a cinnamon pretzel, they took 20mins to make it and gave her a salted pretzel, when she told them it was supposed to be cinnamon they replied with a attitude n were mean about the whole thing
The pretzel prices are too high, always out of stock, and rude employees! Will not be back!
I went on 4/17 go the solo location, not the one attached to the Cinnabon. The food was good as always. However, when I walked up to pay, the younger woman was standing at the register on her phone. She did not speak until I said “Hello”. She was abrupt and short with me and did not look up once from her phone. Super rude and very frustrating.
Destiny and Sakela were awesome hooked me up and helped me fill my belly, will definitely be back for more pretzels and mini dogs!!!
