Pretzel bites were burnt , hard and cold. Very disappointing especially considering how pricey they are. Will not be returning to this location.
Only one pretzel available when asked for a cinnamon pretzel. It was rock hard & barely seasoned. This was after I paid and it was given to me. I wasn’t able to eat it.
It's kind of a cluster. Went on a saturday, mid day. They didnt have any regular pretzels ready. Girl behind the counter was snotty about it and said it would be 10 min. Another worker told someone else 2 min. The only nice worker was Tyson. He smiled and helped us. Pretzel bites were ok, but not what we wanted.
We went over from shopping at 6:55 and they said sorry they're closing.. they close at 9! My kiddo never gets told yes to there and second time I've said okay they're closing up shop.
I ordered $99 worth of pretzels. Shopped a little and came back to get my order. None of it was ready. Half of an order that could have and SHOULD HAVE went towards mine went in the display case for people who haven't purchased them yet and I think it's ridiculous that I would spend such a large amount of money at this place and be constantly placed behind people who haven't even ordered their food yet. Won't order from this place again
