I ordered $99 worth of pretzels. Shopped a little and came back to get my order. None of it was ready. Half of an order that could have and SHOULD HAVE went towards mine went in the display case for people who haven't purchased them yet and I think it's ridiculous that I would spend such a large amount of money at this place and be constantly placed behind people who haven't even ordered their food yet. Won't order from this place again

Sure people complain about the pretzels being overdone, but little do these imbeciles realize that they can get overcooked and there isn't nothing they can do about. "Boohoo I got another hard pretzel after I told the person about getting a hard pretzel" it's because it was a whole batch you pox! The service is great and they do their damnest to serve good pretzels. I've only had a couple pretzels overdone but most of them have been cooked very well.

Food is usually good but c'mon how hard is it to give the right food in a to-go bag? I ordered 3 regular pretzel nuggets to go. Get 3/4 of the way home and stopped bc bags started to fall over. Went to roll bags up and caught a glimpse inside. Here they gave me 1 pretzel nugget and 2 reg size cinnamon sugar pretzels. Seriously, you legit heard me say nuggets because I had to ask how long the wait would be since there was none in the case. My pretzel was dark on the bottom and dry. I bought something else so I wasn’t watching what she was putting in the bag. You gotta keep an eye out on everything.
