"I visited your store today and had a very disappointing experience. I waited in line behind two other customers. An employee was at the register but abruptly turned around and walked into the kitchen area. I then stood at the counter for approximately seven minutes without any staff member acknowledging me. When I finally asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that none was on duty. The lack of basic customer service was very unprofessional."
The Auntie Anne’s staff at this particular location are always attentive & polite with a good upbeat attitude I have had nothing but positive experiences here! By far the worst customer experience and no service at all when I asked for my food the rude girl by the name of Zuleyka P did not want to bag my food and she kissed her teeth when I told her to put it in the bag. Very disgusting attitude and no type of customer service what so ever. Not worth the time or money they need someone that actually wants to work and loves to work. This lazy thing in the front is a disgusting girl that even had her hair out by the food. NOT WORTH COMING HERE. Poor establishment.
This pretzel place at Tanger outlets In West Palm has employees working there that have no idea how to make pretzels. Omg only one out of 10 times do we ever get a good one and the rest of the time they’re either soaking and oil mushy or so overly doughy that they’re so unpleasant so either the ovens aren’t right the people were rolling the flower isn’t right something is wrong and it’s the people who are making it have no friggin idea what they’re doing. They sure know how to charge it lotta money for an inferior product
