I work in the mall and almost every single time I go to this location to get pretzels. They don’t have any maid. They say they’re not going to make any more of them. I don’t understand how you can have a Shop open with an empty container, but all the signage up on what each pretzel should be inside of that container. Employees are rude. They don’t even wanna give customer Service. They just State at me like I was a dear and headlights, instead of explaining to me, that they refused to make more pretzels.
Walked in at 10:09am, said hello to the two workers there only for them to look up at me with their salty faces. Had to wait 7 more minutes for my pretzel. When I received my pretzel it was burnt and in pieces. So unfortunate as I made a special trip up here just to get rude service and a terrible pretzel.
