Horrible attitudes and never have anything ready, I keep hoping but am disappointed everyone, wish there were other options in town
I called to ask about the pretzel dogs bc we love them and the lady that answered was very rude. I hate to say that but it really bothered me.
Most of the time their pretzels are fantastic. We have had a couple issues where when we got home the pretzel bites under the ones on the top were burnt. One time they gave us free pretzels with proof via pictures, the other time only a small discount. (%15 I believe, was not very happy about that) The attached photos are whats left after earing JUST the middles of the bites the last time this happened.
I ordered a personal pizza and I went to pick it up on the time it told me. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to spare. She never made my pizza and asked me if I could wait another 5-10 mins. I said no if I could get a refund. She gave me back 5.54. And i realized I was charged 6.00 even. The lady told me I was wrong but I showed her the statement. And she gave me back the wrong amount in change. I tried handing back the coins but she just payed me a dollar in quarters. Turns out.
