I usually don't have a problem here but the cashier but on Saturday August 8 around 12:20was the most rudest person that I ever met she said that the original pretzel would take 5 to 10 minutes to cook well it was 15 minutes later and it still wasn't ready so I just asked for the cinnamon bites and she ended up throwing it @ me! I will never shop there again unless she is wrote up or filed!
Two pretzels to choose from and when asked employee just said that was it. She could have at least mentioned when the next batch would be done. Employee was unmotivated to even smile.
The staff are super friendly and helpful! The lady working there when I went did a great job!
