Two pretzels to choose from and when asked employee just said that was it. She could have at least mentioned when the next batch would be done. Employee was unmotivated to even smile.

Girl with a half shaved head is playing on her phone when I arrive. She finally puts her phone down, takes my order for a no salt pretzel and as I'm paying she salts the only pretzel she has. When I tell her never mind just refund me, she doesnt know how and says she has to call her manager to which I reply if its not going to take up too much of your day then please do so.
