My wife and I came ordered a pretzel dog and a cinnamon pretzel. I was served my food without a wrapper , none of the food on the counter were wrapped , or in a container. When I went back to ask for my food to be wrapped, he stated that they’re discontinuing wrapping on food. This tells me a lot no time on the food so IDk when the food was cooked or how they are keeping track. This is a sad store and doesn’t get many customers. It’s evident that this store does poorly and a big factor is the customer service. The employees are loitering around and when you get their attention, they are extremely rude.
