Was visiting for a family trip. Pretzels were burnt and clumped together, the people were snarky and looked weird (lazy eyes). Manager seemed super rude and standoffish. Will not come back would rather drive anywhere else for a pretzel 1000% better than here.

SUPER SUPER LAZY STAFF AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL WENT IN AT 515 DONT CLOSE TILL 7 AND TOLD ME 6 AND DENIED ME SERVICE ON MAKING CINNAMON SUGARS I ASKED THE LADY HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE THEM AND SHE TOLD ME 10 MINS AND STILL WOULDVE HAD 30MINS TO CLEAN THEN SHE INFORMED THAT IT WAS ALREADY CLEAN AND DIDNT AND WOULDNT MAKE ME ANY CINNAMON SUGAR AND ONLY HAD TWO PRETZEL CUPS READY!!! TERRIBLE AND LAZY STAFF AND THEY THREATEN TO CALL SECURITY
