The manager there is constantly rude not only to customers but to the employees expecially in front of customers. She is also always undermining the employees. Any time I have ordered she had stepped in on them while taking my order even though they were doing just fine and then when something goes wrong she proceeds to scold them right in front of me still there waiting. This is by far the worst auntie Anne's location
lady’s just talking on the phone, food takes 20 minutes , good luck if your a door dasher because i’m sitting here pickup 12:52 current time 1:11 got me wasting time! not even busy.
Not sure what atmosphere to comment on except for the middle of the mall. The person was so busy and barely had time to speak to us. Maybe a little help for people when it's spring break in the future. It wasn't her fault completely. Always good buttery food and yummy frozen lemonade. A little expensive for what it is but that's business. Love the smells that fill up the whole mall and makes you want to go there. Best marketing you could have!
Couldn't understand us, do t speak good English and got our wrong and told us its OK it tastes better. Didn't correct it and behind the counter is an absolute mess. Very unsanitary. Disgusted
I wish I could give lower than 1. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I hope this place shuts down soon.
