Looks like they finally fired the lady that is always on her phone and lets you wait when you order. They have a new younger lady, so far the service is good, pretzels are good, just a little pricey for small pieces.
The guy is rude and the system says it'll be done at a certain time and thats the time they start your order
The woman working is consistently rude. I ordered a small beverage and asked for no ice. She said I had to pay for a medium since I got no ice rather than filling my cup less.
Refused to honor app free bday pretzel. I was ordering more, but after that decided not to.
The lady at the front is always rude to me and my girlfriend. We come in at least once a week for the cinnamon pretzels and I always ask for a large and get a small when I ask if I can get a large she always tells me no they don’t sell any other size when they have 3 sizes advertised. The guy is nice sometimes but other times he can also be rude.
