Went to just get some pretzel bites. The lady was literally started taking my order, then walked away to do a mobile order and never came back student line for five minutes while everybody else was going around me because the person was on the cashier looked at me and then decided to continue taking orders from somebody else’s instead of coming to help me do not recommend this place has completely went downhill
WHY DO customers have to be abused by a depressed server across the counter? AND I feel like she's doing me a favor by serving me since I am paying over $30 for food. ISN'T IT HER JOB TO SERVE US? I'm supposed to feel bad FOR ORDERING FOOD? THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE IN THE MALL FOR TO SERVE FOOD. NOT TO GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE.
Ordered 2 large nuggets and both were burnt and tested stale. The person who waited on us was not friendly and did not talk to us or say thank you. The people who was waited on after us the person was friendly to them!! It was the first Auntie Anne’s we had that was POOR quality.
The experience was wonderful.
