Quality has gone down, pretzels are not fresh. Taste like they have been sitting out for hours. My mom got the pretzel bites, which were so very greasy. Employee behind counter on phone, acts like you are a bother to them when you want to order. Not to mention, they want tips after.
Horrible.. I used to like this place. Portion cut in half , price doubled lol service horrendous..never again
