I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I felt it was necessary. My husband and I stood at the counter for about five minutes waiting for someone to take our order. During that time, one employee was on their phone wearing headphones, while the other seemed distracted. We were eventually helped, and we ordered two sauces along with our pretzels. My girlfriend and I stopped by the mall on Wednesday to get pretzels. While we were waiting for our frozen lemonades to be made, a tall Black female employee asked a coworker a question. The coworker, an older White female employee, responded by saying, “Are you on drugs?” I found this comment to be inappropriate and unprofessional. This was by far the worst Auntie Anne’s experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was extremely disappointing, the employee at the register stayed on her phone instead of taking my order promptly. When I finally received my food, the salted pretzel bites were hard and tasted stale. I brought this up before leaving, hoping for a resolution, but the employee said the only thing she could offer was butter, no replacement or refund. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not the quality or service I expect.
