It's unbelievable that on a Saturday afternoon they have nothing on the menu, no mini hot dogs, no smoothies of any size, and on top of that, the service is terrible. Honestly, they can't do everything this badly. 0/10 recommendation. I'm only giving it a star because I have to; they don't deserve even half a star.
These are not just undercooked, these are so raw. Do not eat here unless you want to get e-coli . I mean How hard can it be to cook a pretzel when it’s literally the only thing that you do?
Zakiah is an absolute STAR. Best customer service and sweetest personality. She was beyond kind and patient with my little girl. She went above and beyond and made our experience amazing!! 💕
Brashan and Gary need to get a raise they are hard workers and gave me the best cinnamon sugar pretzels. The pretzels were so nostalgic that they brought me back to the good old days
