Ordered a simple pretzel and hour ahead of time. When I got there 2 minutes after pickup time, Im told to wait around 5 minutes for it to come out. End up waiting around 20 minutes for a rushed pretzel that got dumped in my hands. Awful service and equally uncaring staff.
Larrya provided great service. She was attentive to high demand customers and also made the food. Food was also great.
They never have anything ready to purchase and They move with ZERO urgency.. almost like they do not care that you been waiting for your food for almost 30mn. Pathetic!
