Visited Auntie Annie’s in San Antonio—crowded but lively. Waited 10 minutes for service; Eusebio was warm and chatty, explaining the menu with passion. Food was flavorful, though portions felt small for the price. Parking was tight, and lines moved slowly. Would suggest arriving earlier to skip the wait. Overheard others mention hygiene concerns, so maybe clearer protocols could help. Still, the vibe was friendly and worth the stop!
The man working there this morning 9/7/26 was very rude and I’ll never be back.
2nd time trying this place and just could not get my item. Either there’s a 30 min wait on regular pretzels or “ sorry we’re not allowed to move the larger size pretzels to a smaller size due to product waste” sounds stupid….now you just lost a customer on 2 occasions due to not knowing how to run the stands get new workers please.
They were not wearing gloves and kept rubbing their faces before touching food. Skipped it after seeing this.
Eusebio is who really truly made the experience we originally were at another pretzel stand, but stood there for five minutes before realizing no one was coming to us immediately we found auntie Annie’s where Eusebio waited with an encouraging and enthusiastic attitude. We were immediately drawn in where he also broke down and explained their food . & the food amazing! Highly recommend !! Thank you anut Annie’s for hiring workers Who not only wanna work but Ready and well divers in the menu!
