Easy in and out location, great food and fresh! Located inside the South Somerset travel plaza.
We Orderd the pretzel nuggets they looked burned but I tried one and yes they tasted burned. I asked for a new batch and they said “i will try” and have me another batch that was burnt. She threw the ones away and didn’t offer anything else or a refund. The person behind me ordered something and their attitude towards them away ride. Why put out a subpar product?

Rachel your NASTY attitude and the way you speak to customers is truly disgusting and your employment at this establishment will continue to diminish this business and the brand it’s built!!! How dare you!!!! Rachel decided to treat my husband with the utmost disrespect when he was simply asking about the various types of pretzels, as he’s never been to Auntie Anne’s. Surely we know to never patronize this location nor company ever again.
