They’re closing down their kitchen at 5:04 pm. And dude at the front, with his weird & rude energy, drinking his drink in my face instead of being professional & sitting it down to speak to a customer can kick rocks too. Drove to this location because of the fact that they were open. Highly inconvenient
If I could give 0 stars I would. The white manager with tattoos on his neck was very rude. Rolling his eyes and cocking his neck when his cashier made a mistake. Clearly needs to be trained in customer service. Will not be returning to this location.
I drove to the mall specifically to get a pretzel. I arrived early before they opened, but I didn’t know this. I’m from out of town. The staff were incredibly dismissive and rude even though I was obviously there to give them my money. I made my way around the mall, and when I came back as I approached the counter, it was audibly obvious that the manager and the staff were talking about me.
