I walked past this location at 11 am and saw one Jalapeño pretzel sitting in the window, probably from yesterday. I told myself I’d go back later when they make them fresh. I went back HOURS later at 5 pm, and that same pretzel was still in the window. I requested that they make it fresh, and I said that I didn’t mind waiting. They made it, but it was extremely thin and it broke into pieces the second I picked it up. LUCY IS THE BESTT!!!!
Had a friend buy me pretzel half hour before close , turns out somehow there were no salted pretzels lleft. She didnt tell my friend it would have no salt I went up there to see if I could exchange it and the young girl tried to tell me no at first. I asked if I could just pay the difference and get a cup of nuggets or something where she finally yielded and said id be uncharged so she charged me for 3 cups of water Glad she saved the company 1.5 dollars right before close , I wish her luck in her pursuit to become the best ... read more
Love the pretzels I eat here almost every day I buy the Minnie hotdogs and sweet almond I love them they are nice and fresh every day they have the best pretzels the workers are nice and friendly they always have fresh backed pretzels
