LUCY IS THE BESTT!!!!
Had a friend buy me pretzel half hour before close , turns out somehow there were no salted pretzels lleft. She didnt tell my friend it would have no salt I went up there to see if I could exchange it and the young girl tried to tell me no at first. I asked if I could just pay the difference and get a cup of nuggets or something where she finally yielded and said id be uncharged so she charged me for 3 cups of water Glad she saved the company 1.5 dollars right before close , I wish her luck in her pursuit to become the best ... read more
Love the pretzels I eat here almost every day I buy the Minnie hotdogs and sweet almond I love them they are nice and fresh every day they have the best pretzels the workers are nice and friendly they always have fresh backed pretzels
You can only get what they have made already. Employee sitting doing absolutely nothing. Wanted the new pepperoni pretzels that they have a huge advertisement for and was told I can't have them. Never again.....2/26/25 female employee at 530pm
