This place is a joke they never have anything made or you have to wait 10 min what’s the point of staying open when you don’t have anything to sell
It was 12:15 on a Sunday afternoon and the pretzel was flat and had a burnt taste in certain pieces obviously kept in too long and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Corporate needs to retrain them.
This drink was amazing. People where asking where I got it. Even I saw someone walking with one and had to get it. It was watermelon frost lemonade.
I came today I know it end of shift but it your job they had nothing fresh. I ordered. I said thankyou no reply I then asked how much is glaze and she ignored me. I then went to counter to ask for glaze she was rude and not polite at all. Then I get to my bag I already had glaze and she didn’t even answer me and made me some the extra knowing I asked her if they had it. So rude. They were closed and app and website said opened even allowed me to do a pickup at the time I was in the Joliet mall location. I got a email response from someone who isn't in this Franchise and my offer expired. Just wish the app didn't state it was opened before I drove there.
