The young lady at the register assisting was very polite and nice. I was asking a question and before she could answer the young lady making the pretzels interrupted the conversation and began talking. The bottles water is a charge of $3.50 for a bottle that costs $.25. Ridiculous upcharge. They had water from their pop machine and I ordered that for $1.10. Unfortunately the water tasted fishy. They never have any . Even if you mobile order in advance when you get here 20 mins later you still have to wait . Tried giving them a chance to prove me wrong . 🤷♀️
Hispanic/Mexican guy with glasses tried to short chain me... still didn't get my other ¢18 though. He gave me a $1 when I was suppose to get $11 and thank God I noticed or else he would've took $10 form me. Also extremely rude didn't greet me when I said hi and was locking his fingers please fire him.
The customer service is excellent. The manager Juan is awesome, if you have any issues he will fix them. He really cares about the customers as well as the workers.
