Oh my God if I could, I would give 1 start for food quality. What on earth the cinnamon nuggets are so bitter I couldn’t finish my $8 cup. What’s weird is they don’t even look that burnt, they were more like caramelized but they taste awful. I more prefer the one at the Elizabeth mall.

I walked in with my 5 year old and asked one of 2 employees for the bathroom. One employee tells me and the second rushes into the bathroom for 5 plus minutes. Extremely rude

Absolutely the worst experience, where do I even begin? I went to the store to buy two orders of butter/sweet pretzel bites as a treat for my family. In typical dad fashion, I decided to sneak a bite or two, only to find not one but several human hair in them—complete disgust. I went back to the store to get a refund, but they refused and only offered an exchange. I asked for the manager, but they weren’t on-site. I CAME TO THIS LOCATION AT 8:20 THE PRETZEL WAS STALE THE MANAGER IS RUDE !!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO SPEND THEIR MONEY HERE
