I was very disappointed when I went to this franchise to receive my $1 cinnabon and they did not honor the coupon that's bad business for this franchise and is force advertisement
Ordered through UberEats for myself and a few co-workers at the hospital and received a call from the store via the driver, not directly from the store, regarding unavailable items. The most unprofessional young adults working in this store. You are going to lose a lot of customers if you do not make staffing changes.
I absolutely love this Auntie Anne's location. I usually order for pick-up through the app, so when I get there, the pretzel dog nuggets and pretzel nuggets are always perfectly warm and fresh. They're our favorites! The customer service is amazing; Harriet, Eric and the rest of the staff are so kind and lovely to us no matter how busy they get. It's always a pleasure to visit and to pick up a tasty snack here. We have been, and will be, returning regularly!
Emily was amazing at costumer service! I have to come back just for her! Second time here she was so nice and amazing!
