Absolutely the worst experience, where do I even begin? I went to the store to buy two orders of butter/sweet pretzel bites as a treat for my family. In typical dad fashion, I decided to sneak a bite or two, only to find not one but several human hair in them—complete disgust. I went back to the store to get a refund, but they refused and only offered an exchange. I asked for the manager, but they weren’t on-site.
