Did not give receipt. Asked for strawberry lemonade, but gave me yellow lemonade and added strawberry coloring… Instead of giving me my preferred drink. The taste was terrible! Cannot claim my points because i did not have the receipt… called the number but cannot go through because no mailbox has been set up yet.
Everytime I come here, No pretzels. Y'all should take out auntie anne's name, your not selling anything from it anyway.
This location is the worst. Dorothy is very rude and unprofessional. They take forever to make your order 45 Waiting. DO NOT GO
What a disappointment. They have always been known for their great quality in pretzels and lemonade. Both times that I have ordered from here the pretzels have been hard and stale like they were reheated from the previous business day. The lemonade also has tasted diluted and has a weird after taste to it. Not the Auntie Annes brand I have known for over 20 plus years.
