I have had three experiences at this establishment, and my most recent visit was the most disappointing, prompting my decision not to return. The franchise owner appears to have a poor demeanor. I am unsure if she is discriminatory or not. I understand that my order typically takes 15 minutes, which is acceptable, and I have ordered the same items multiple times at this location. Wouldn’t let me place an order for anything that needed to be cooked because I could only pick from what they had already made! horrible service.. Turned down a customer for items that’s on the menu smh
