This location is inside Meijer. I stopped to buy two unsalted pretzels after I paid for my groceries. Once I paid I noticed they were both very burnt on the bottom. I told the employee who stated that the pretzels always look like that on the bottom. Since I’ve had these pretzels before at different locations without them being hard and burnt, I knew this wasn’t true. I asked her if I could have two different pretzels that weren’t burned. I have had three experiences at this establishment, and my most recent visit was the most disappointing, prompting my decision not to return. The franchise owner appears to have a poor demeanor.
