Smashed bug on pretzel bite. Made employee aware. Disappointed. Obviously didn't want to eat the rest of my food.
I am from out of town and came in when the manager would have preferred to lock up and close things for the night. Instead of seeming annoyed and inconvenienced, he made an effort to make me feel welcome when I was exhausted and just wanted a pretzel. So it is late right now and I am gratefully having that pretzel and very thankful for the kindness I was shown.
