I went to get a regular small pretzel cup and while they say they have a small on the menu and they have smalls of other pretzel bites they said they do not sell that there. They also said don’t have regular pretzels only if you come in the morning and I asked if they make more pretzels throughout the day and she said no. Just disappointing and confusing.

Auntie Anne’s, Madison Square Garden Location Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. There was a big price difference between the app and the in store purchase. The brand promotions shown on the app could not be applied in store, and I was told the app was not working. They also had no availability for their signature cinnamon pretzel and were not willing to prepare one, even though it was still about one hour before closing. This is the worst auntie Anne’s pretzel I’ve ever had. Very stale and hard.
