To sell a pretzel for $9 and have it be stale (likely a few days old) is diabolical. I've never had a bad pretzel from this franchise, until now. Save your money as the stores in the newer part of Penn station have way better snack options.
Check your food, they often give you rock hard pretzels that have been under the heat lamps for days on end
I had a coupon and they tried to give me the thing i didnt order a 3 dollar downgrade i wasnt suprised this one is so much more reduced stars. Probably franchised And i got pressed for my cash
