As someone who spends a lot of time in the city, the guy who works there named Eshu is a treasure. He's one of the best people in NYC, I swear. He somehow always has an incredible spirit every time I see him,and I've seen him several times at this point; interacting with Eshu genuinely brightens your day. He gets 10 stars out of five just by himself. Pretzels were pretty good, 4.5/5 on average; sometimes moist and perfect, sometimes good but a little dry. But still, couldn't be happier. 5*, no question.
Eshu really helped me great with my order. Always full of energy, makes me what to buy more consistently. God bless him !!
6/3. Do not go when BHUVANA is working. She rolls her eyes after being unhygienic with cups (rubbed lid on her shirt. Scooped ice with the cup and her bare hand). She refused to give a refund until after being unhygienic Absolute worst! Eshu is the absolute best and the reason i pay $17 for pretzel bites and a lemonade. He always remembers his customers and has the best energy!
Eshu is the best. Hes so energetic and positive.
