I have been a handful of times in hopes that the pretzels are fresh and what I get when I order from other Auntie Anne’s. The pretzels since the stores opening are always hard and crunchy stale like they’ve been sitting all day and all different sizes. Today was the complete opposite, my pretzel bites were completely raw. Really disappointed in this location. Needs better quality control from whoever is running this store.
Wonderful service. Girl at the register understood that my coupon wouldn’t appear again after 4 hours but it expired that day. Thank you for honoring my free pretzel and thanks to the manager who gave me a cinnamon one so I wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes. You guys are the best
I ordered a cinnamon pretzel, and a smoothie. I asked the girl taking my order a question, she just nodded her head and seemed annoyed I was even talking to her. There were three employees, the young male immediately worked on the smoothie while the two young ladies proceeded to chat. When he handed me my smoothie I asked for my pretzel.
