Seen for first time and went in and ordered pretzel. Service was so so but pretzel was BAD
There were 2 lines open..customer in front of me was waited on....then cashier left! Left me standing in the front of the line at the register and didnt say anything .!! Didnt come back to register either..!! So frustrating!! We went in at a busy time 5 groups of people in waiting in front of me. We ordered pretzels and smoothies. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED..pretzel was hard and dry, possibly over baked or may b just sitting there. Smothie was good though.
The pretzels were good. Service, a team leader in training, Eli assisted us. Aside from customers coming in after me, getting their orders first he seemed like a competent individual. However, being in food service myself, gloves should always be worn when handling food and he was not wearing any. He was also going back and forth to the register handling cash, without washing before touching food again. If I go back, I will ask that he or whoever helps me to wear gloves when handling my food.
