I love all the pretzel options here and my favorite cheese is the salsa one. Perfect amount of spice mixed with the salt of the pretzels! Also if you haven't tried a sweet almond pretzel it is a must. Staff here is friendly, polite, and hardworking. I love spoiling myself with a treat from here.
I went around 3pm yesterday and whoever was working needs to be talked too, she sat there chatting with multiple orders piling up instead of focusing on what needed to be done. I was there for over 30 mins waiting for 2 pretzels because she kept stopping to talk food was good but service needs to be worked on also not to mention sit and gossip super loud about people they don’t like lol.
Ordered two salted pretzels and two pretzel dogs. The salted pretzels had almost no salt and the pretzel dogs were doughy in the middle. Probably not going back.
Seen for first time and went in and ordered pretzel. Service was so so but pretzel was BAD
