I went around 3pm yesterday and whoever was working needs to be talked too, she sat there chatting with multiple orders piling up instead of focusing on what needed to be done. I was there for over 30 mins waiting for 2 pretzels because she kept stopping to talk food was good but service needs to be worked on also not to mention sit and gossip super loud about people they don’t like lol.
Ordered two salted pretzels and two pretzel dogs. The salted pretzels had almost no salt and the pretzel dogs were doughy in the middle. Probably not going back.
Seen for first time and went in and ordered pretzel. Service was so so but pretzel was BAD
There were 2 lines open..customer in front of me was waited on....then cashier left! Left me standing in the front of the line at the register and didnt say anything .!! Didnt come back to register either..!! So frustrating!! We went in at a busy time 5 groups of people in waiting in front of me. We ordered pretzels and smoothies. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED..pretzel was hard and dry, possibly over baked or may b just sitting there. Smothie was good though.
