This store is a combo Auntie Annie’s and Jamba Juice. We went at lunch time and they had no smoothies or anything from that menu. They only had large salt pretzels. No cheese sauce. We went back a week later and there was only 1 employee working. The people in line in front of us said they had been waiting 15 minutes for fresh pretzels. We were never acknowledged. So we are from out of state., walked across a busy street from our hotel to go to Auntie Anne's, only to be told at 5:30PM that the dough isn't ready???? It will be ready in 30 minutes or so. I called about 6 times 30 -45 minutes later, however, no one ever answered. So we crossed the busy street again, now there was a young man doing all the work and the original person sitting in the back.
