ordered one pretzel in the drive thru as i’m waiting TWENTY minutes for my one item i’m watching all the girls in the back sitting on their phones and running around but not doing anything??? second time this has happened just close the place down. could of gone inside the mall and gotten one quicker than they gave me mine. terrible service get a manager in there asap seriously.
Ridiculous. This place is going to close due to poor management.
