The food was exactly what I was looking for, but the service was 110% top notch. However, the way this establishment is set up, you have to expect a medium wait, as the ingredients are fresh (a la Smoothie King).
I love that this place exists but the wait time every time is honestly ridiculous. Most of the male workers are pretty unfriendly and disengaged. It is usually hit or miss if the pretzels are overcooked or not.
Came here to get my T-mobile Tuesday pretzel. Went inside, only one customer there waiting for their order. No greeting, and no one there taking people’s order. Everyone is working in the back. Finally after a few minutes a lady who was prepping someone order came to the front to grab something, so I had to ask her if there was anyone available to take orders. This my 3rd time here, I love it when they make them fresh, but like i said before, they are human just communicate with them and ask if you can have some fresh that you don’t want none that’s been sitting for quite a long time , Try this and i’m sure they’ll be happy to assist , works for me everytime !
You gotta tell them “ can i have them fresh “ cause they might be all stale, i understand they are a new buisness so i’ll try not to give them a hard time off the jump; other than that , yea just try to stick to the “ made to order “ stuff, don’t let them sit this is why your getting negative reviews, just saying
