The guy Ryan is super nice he not only helped an older lady who was struggling with the heat but he also was quick with my order. 10/10!
Employee working the drive through was rude, disrespectful, and snarky when asked what they have and if he could repeat what he said .
They took old pretzels and fried them to make hot. They were greasy, burnt, and one was too hard to eat. They were so skinny too, not like I remember.
Pretzel didn’t taste fresh. Probably was made yesterday or was made early this morning.
