This my 3rd time here, I love it when they make them fresh, but like i said before, they are human just communicate with them and ask if you can have some fresh that you don’t want none that’s been sitting for quite a long time , Try this and i’m sure they’ll be happy to assist , works for me everytime !
You gotta tell them “ can i have them fresh “ cause they might be all stale, i understand they are a new buisness so i’ll try not to give them a hard time off the jump; other than that , yea just try to stick to the “ made to order “ stuff, don’t let them sit this is why your getting negative reviews, just saying
took over an hour just to get a pretzel through drive through.
Just waited over 35 minutes for a pretzel in the drive thru.. I was looking forward to faster service at this newer location but now I will only go to the one inside the mall.
Came here on Tuesday, waited over 45 min in drive thru. It got so bad I turned off my car. I’m glad I didoff my car I between moves because it was a long wait for each car. All this wait for one regular pretzel. I don’t want to come back but it’s not entirely auntie aunts fault
