This place is extremely unprofessional at the top level. Employees seem nice/okay, but owner and manager are unprofessional. I placed my order at the drive thru (mind you I asked if it would take long to make my order bc I had kids in the car) and they said it would be no more than 5 minutes. I wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes (at this point I’m like whatever because at least my order will be fresh) but I go inside because the car in front must have had a very long order for me to be waiting this long. Shout out to Marcus hilarious and customer focused. Exceeded our expectation and will have you laughing while you wait. Definitely will return.
The food was exactly what I was looking for, but the service was 110% top notch. However, the way this establishment is set up, you have to expect a medium wait, as the ingredients are fresh (a la Smoothie King).
I love that this place exists but the wait time every time is honestly ridiculous. Most of the male workers are pretty unfriendly and disengaged. It is usually hit or miss if the pretzels are overcooked or not.
