Place was dead, nobody inside and no line at the drive thru. I ordered a single pepperoni pretzel and they said it would take ten minutes, so I ordered the nuggets and they said it would also take ten minutes. They had nothing ready. Poor customer service.
I waiting about 30 minutes before they took my order and I wanted the pretzel pepperoni and they said it will take 25 minutes before they get it ready I couldn't get out of line because people in front and people in the back!
I went through the drive through and ordered a cinnamon pretzel. The young lady at the window was very sweet and happy. I must say that the pretzel I got was the BEST I have ever eaten! It was soft and NOT overcooked (which happens a lot). It was completely covered with tasty cinnamon sugar! Praises to the one who made it!
Staff is friendly and responsive. Food was not fresh and tasted as though it had been left warming under lamps. Auntie Anne's is better at a mall where the food is made fresh continuously.
Disgusting. The pretzels were horrible and the strawberry milkshake was too. The person at the window wouldn’t give us the right order every time.beautiful place though. Don’t eat here
