They will literally stare at you until you ask for help. Over 40 mins for some damn pretzels. Terrible service.
waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. two cars were ahead of me. why does it take so long to be serviced here? and at the drive through window the employee asked what my order was...shouldn't she be aware of the drive through queue? i was asked to park in the parking lot after I only ordered two pretzels and 2 dips... horrible service and I will be sticking to the auntie Anne's at the mall!!!!
Around 8 pm time or 8 30pm i just want to say thank you to the team and even cashier. I know they had alot of orders today, but she try her very best to get everybody orders ready to go. Still thank you <3
