Good customer service and Fresh products
I love this place! It has Cinnabon here as well . Grab 2 things! Customer service is amazing! They make you fresh pretzels when ordered.
I had an amazing experience at Auntie Anne’s! The pretzels were fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. The staff, especially the lady that took my order, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made sure my order was perfect and hot. The service was quick, and the prices were fair for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back for more, thanks to her. Highly recommend this location.
The younger guy (he working now) that usually works when the owner is not here is rude as ever and he move like a snail I really hope he is not a manager which I think he is… his attitude was so horrible I didn’t even spend my money I left right out…you shouldn’t come to work mad at customers who spend they hard earned cash here my kids go to the school next door I spend a lot of money here… he is the only one I always have a hard time with the owner and the ladies are wonderful.
