This is my favorite Auntie Anne’s. Bonus that it’s a Jamba Juice too. Employees are super nice, easy parking. Clean and bright inside.
I gave one star because I had a reward for buy one item get the second free. So I tapped rewards and open the reward in the app. Took 30 seconds to walk into the store and it just vanished from my Rewards. I told the clerk inside what happened and she said, oh well. I come here all the time and they should honor the reward. So,i left without buying anything. I will not be back.

Burnt pretzel and was told that it was the right temperature. I ate a few bites and tossed majority of it.
