Stopped by for some cinnamon sugar bites and the guy who took my bf and I’s order was so friendly and funny. The bites were tasty but the interaction made them more enjoyable !
I would give 10 stars for service if I could. The owner/ Staff were exceptional in their service. They go above and beyond. They knew that we had a coupon for a plain pretzel, but they had run out. Instead of telling me I'm sorry we're out, they were able to exchange the coupon for a better one. He didn't have to do that, but that's just exceptional service. I'll be going there again.
This Auntie Anne's is the best I've ever been to. I'm from out of town and stopped for a snack before heading out. The service was awesome! Very friendly! Most Auntie Anne's take 10-15 minutes to make something they are out of. This one had pretzels on display but went ahead and made ours fresh. Took 3 minutes. They were fresh, hot, and they actually gave us extra. Will definitely return next time we're up here. Also, they celebrate kids for getting good grades and help out those in the medical field.
This is my favorite Auntie Anne’s. Bonus that it’s a Jamba Juice too. Employees are super nice, easy parking. Clean and bright inside.
