I gave one star because I had a reward for buy one item get the second free. So I tapped rewards and open the reward in the app. Took 30 seconds to walk into the store and it just vanished from my Rewards. I told the clerk inside what happened and she said, oh well. I come here all the time and they should honor the reward. So,i left without buying anything. I will not be back.

Burnt pretzel and was told that it was the right temperature. I ate a few bites and tossed majority of it.
It was absolutely amazing here. By far best aunty Anne’s in the world. The service was magnificent. I forgot to bring money, and after my friend paid for me, the man behind the counter was extremely nice about it. Very kind and extremely thoughtful. I would absolutely go here again for the rest of my days. It still brings a tear to my eye when I think about this watershed event.
