Worst customer service I've experienced. The line was out the door, yet only one employee was working the counter while several other staff members stood around talking and laughing instead of helping paying customers. At one point, a staff member came over to ask that the door be closed, even though the real issue was the lack of customer service and support for the employee handling the entire line.
