Got home and found 2, nor just 1, but 2, long blonde hairs in my pecan caramel cinnamon roll this afternoon!! And employees act like you are disturbing them by coming in?? Tried to call the store and of course straight to voicemail...no phone in the store to talk to a live person during open hours?? Not professional at all!!

I went to auntie Anne's this evening, and my experience service great. There is a beat vibe about the place; customer service is great; Habibi; Luna were all smiles; very welcoming. And the food was excellent.
