Employees seemed high. Out of pretzels 2 hours before close. Talking too low for anyone to hear. Forgetting orders for customers waiting. Door dash guy shows up and they tell him they dont have the order. It was weird and not just because of the pretzel shortage. The pretzels we did get were rock hard. Cinnamon rolls were ok.
I have never wrote a bad review until now. I stopped at Auntie Anne’s at this location and the bread was disgusting! It was sitting there for hours, of course because at this time it’s slow. I went back to change my pretzel bites and the second time was worst. I tried eating it and left what I couldn’t. And that’s all the pretzel I couldn’t eat
I went to auntie Anne’s today with my mom on the way home from a family trip and was told that I can’t pay with cash at all, then proceeded to make me buy a gift card and all I said was the last time I came here you know we didn’t have to do that. Auntie Anne's pretzels are a classic. It always smells amazing and tastes even better. I wish they had a better selection of pretzels ready but there's normally always something I like.
