I wish I checked the reviews before buying anything. The pretzels were neither fresh nor well made. Every single one of them were super burnt and had a bitter taste. Paid almost $10 for this
I bought a $9 salted pretzel that was as thin as an extension cord. If I pay that much for a pretzel, it should be a big fat pretzel. It should have some weight to it. The service was horrible. I stood at the counter waiting for the worker to take my order. She looked right at me and ignored me. This is a rest stop and I stopped pacifically to get these pretzels. Every time I come into any auntie Ann’s, they never have anything made nothing ready to go. It is a rest stop and people are on the go and they would like to have their stuff to go in a hurry it’s called a fast food restaurant, it seems like employees really, don’t care
This place is NOT open until 6pm. This rest stop is on my way home from work and I’ve tried three times to stop and get a soft pretzel and they’re literally never open. The one time it appeared open, I waited in front of the cash register for almost five minutes and nobody came out to serve me. Ridiculous!!
