Horrible service. The manager seemed flustered and his staff was not very communicative. We wanted pretzel dogs and he said they didn't have any. No more than a minute of ordering normal pretzels did his staff bring pretzel dogs to the counter. I just didn't understand why the two young women behind him didn't communicate to him that they were literally about to come up? I'm unsure. Guy seems sweet enough, but the two young ladies just seemed disconnected from what was happening
Came up to the counter and was told to wait 10 mins. Waited 10 minutes and asked if they were making cinnamon sugar pretzels. She straight up said NO with lots of attitude. Walked around the service center a little and then noticed they had cinnamon sugar in the case. Waited in line again and got a cup. The pretzels were not buttery and were stale. I finished the pretzels and was left with a huge amount of cinnamon sugar. Paid $8 for 8 little pretzels. Not worth the stop at all!
They really just gonna piss you off. I advise you keep driving to Delaware and grab yourself a fresh pretzel. Not even gonna post what happened when we try to order here this very ignorant people working the stand.
Bad attitude, bad customer service not to mention if they don't have certain things they will tell you they are not making it. How rude. Gladly not returning although I come here often
