Came up to the counter and was told to wait 10 mins. Waited 10 minutes and asked if they were making cinnamon sugar pretzels. She straight up said NO with lots of attitude. Walked around the service center a little and then noticed they had cinnamon sugar in the case. Waited in line again and got a cup. The pretzels were not buttery and were stale. I finished the pretzels and was left with a huge amount of cinnamon sugar. Paid $8 for 8 little pretzels. Not worth the stop at all!
They really just gonna piss you off. I advise you keep driving to Delaware and grab yourself a fresh pretzel. Not even gonna post what happened when we try to order here this very ignorant people working the stand.
Bad attitude, bad customer service not to mention if they don't have certain things they will tell you they are not making it. How rude. Gladly not returning although I come here often
Went here on Saturday April 5th 2025 with my parents as part of our stop to the Maryland House Travel plaza to use the restrooms. This is one of the many places to eat at the rest area. My dad decided on a snack, and he got some pretzels. Got one of those containers. I enjoyed them, and they were a little salty but still enjoyable and filling.
