Customer walked away with their order only to come back a minute later and tell them it was the wrong kind of pretzel bites. They ended up putting that back into the case and reselling it to the person in front of me (don’t think that meets food safety?). Menu offers small pretzel bites and location had lots of large and two small ones displayed. When I tried to order the small ones, the cashier told me they didn’t have any. I pointed and said there are two right there, and she says those aren’t full so I can’t sell them. I said well take a couple off of all of the large ones to fill the small ones and you can and she said I’m not allowed to do that. So they we’re forcing people to buy the big ones. Pretzels are usually pretty good. I don’t get the hotdog pretzels cause they usually kind of dried out, but this is the pretzel place not a hotdog place. Always smells good walking up and I always get suckered into buying a pretzel so I guess it’s pretty good.. not gourmet food but it sure is tasty when you smell those pretzels to get in the mall.
