This place has a horrible policy Trying to get a small mini pretzel dogs they only have large would not make a small or split the large that they have into a small and they close in 15 minutes and with throw the ones they have away
The last two times I've been at this locations I've ordered a small nuggets, only to be told they don't have any, even though they have 5+ large orders already prepared. After asking the manager I'm told the smalls go first, and we could wait for them to make a new order, even though they could just divide an order that's already made. After seeing this multiple times now I'm convinced they intentionally don't stock any of the smalls to force customers to purchase the large.
Place is a joke. Can't buy a small cup of pretzel bites even though they have multiple large sitting there. Apparently it's too much of a hassle to pour into a smaller cup. We ended up barely getting anything because of the frustration. I asked the manager why this is the rule and was rudely told, we can wait 6-8 mins for a small cup. How many bad reviews about the small cups until you all fix it?

Customer walked away with their order only to come back a minute later and tell them it was the wrong kind of pretzel bites. They ended up putting that back into the case and reselling it to the person in front of me (don’t think that meets food safety?). Now if that had happened right at the counter, I don’t think it would be an issue, but the customer completely walked away with it and the food was out of their sight and they sold it to someone else.
