Inside airport. Expensive but fresh and tasty.
The staff there was more interested in having conversations with one another than providing customer service. I stood outside the store for almost an hour waiting to board my plane so I was able to reserve these behaviors for at least an hour. It seems to be a common theme there. It may be a good opportunity for the store owner to do some customer service training with their employees or better yet, clean house and get a new group of employees that is more interested in working versus socializing. I’m currently at the airport flying to Florida with my kids for spring break, and we stopped at Auntie Anne’s because it brought back memories. Unfortunately, this location was a very disappointing experience. There was no line, and I politely asked if it was possible to make a fresh pizza pretzel for my son. I was told it would take 30 minutes, which seemed odd since the store wasn’t busy. The staff appeared very unhappy and uninterested in helping customers. It wasn’t bad for airport food. I just the service would have been a bit better.
The young lady working the counter at the airport location needs training......service trash and attitude trash.
