I’m currently at the airport flying to Florida with my kids for spring break, and we stopped at Auntie Anne’s because it brought back memories. Unfortunately, this location was a very disappointing experience. There was no line, and I politely asked if it was possible to make a fresh pizza pretzel for my son. I was told it would take 30 minutes, which seemed odd since the store wasn’t busy. The staff appeared very unhappy and uninterested in helping customers. The young lady working the counter at the airport location needs training......service trash and attitude trash.
Nice people, horrible pretzels. Do not eat here. I’d rather go to Dunkin’
