Great location. The pretzel bites were great snack.
Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. They act like customers are an inconvenience. I suggest they go find jobs where they don’t have to be around people. We got preztel bites and they made them as slow as they could just because they didn’t want to actually work. They need new employees!!
Greet us…nope. Helpful…double nope. Friendly…and we have a triple nope ladies and gentlemen! Trifecta!! Might as well be consistent with your poor establishment. At least it only cost us an arm and a leg! Absolutely horrible customer service….yes, I’m talking about you Trinitie. Sorry to interrupt your day buy helping you keep a job.
Absolute worst customer service I have experienced, I ordered a Sunday but they guy taking the order wouldn’t even look at me or acknowledge anything I said, I would say please and thank you and he wouldn’t even look at me. I was there for a total of 5 minutes and he acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. Not impressed.
