Cinnamon pretzel were fresh, nice and warm very tasty. Customer service was excellent.
Daughter wanted a small order of cinnamon pretzel bites and he said they only had the regular size. I asked if he could just pour some from one of the many regular size cups into a smaller cup. He said no. He then said I couldn’t do a room charge. It seemed like it was just too much trouble for him and they weren’t very busy.
It was 9.30pm I was craving a snack My mission was successful
rudest employees in this store!!!!! do not go to this location because it will kill your vacation....... employees were very disrespectful, it was my first time there and my last time..food was good but it was burnt . VERY VERY VERY INSANELY OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!!!
Disappointing visit. Very very very…… rude staff I have never encountered such unqualified staff before. The attitude of them were terrible.The Indian guy working made me feel like I was stupid. The mini dogs were VERY undercooked cold and gooey. This restaurant needs to higher their standards. Out of the whole staff working only one employee (the young lady) was nice. Won’t be coming back!
