Rude Employees that cleary hate their jobs.
Here for a conference of educators and the lines were horrendously long, but staff was patient, and the cinnamon pretzels bites were to super yummy. Prasad was awesome and treated us like friends. Walking all the way over to the event center tomorrow for a treat to take to the airport. Worth the short walk to see Prasad one last time.
Staff will not make actual pretzels. They just make the dipping ones. I’m guessing they are easy to make. I said I would wait on mine when I ordered 4 pretzels and they said they didn’t have enough dough…. As they proceeded to cut tons of dough in tiny pieces. Either they are under trained or lazy. Also, don’t fall for the pepperoni pretzels, they’ve been sitting there all day and taste like cardboard. He said they took them out of oven 3 min ago.
I have a dairy allergy but Bayvin completely accommodated me and was beyond kind! I appreciate it so much, this is the first time Auntie Anne’s has done that for me! He is a 10/10 worker!
