The pretzels are good if you can ever get them. This place is almost always closed or has no pretzels available even when open. I'm not sure why they even bother being in business if they never have product to sell or only open once a month and only if the full moon lands on a Tuesday and there's snow on the ground. Wetzel's is becoming my new favorite. At least they want my money
Great pretzels, very pleasant staff.
Ok I've never had a problem but lately i have last few timews they didnt have any ready. Went yesterday Nov 2 at 5:30 pm and the girl had nothing made. She said I can wait about 5 or 6 minutes and she can make some. It wasn't busy and she had the time to have them made and ready its rediculous that people can't do a simple job when its not busy instead of wandering around looking lost. I went to QT instead and and had pizza and pretzels.
Lady rushed us to order and attempted to give us 1 order of pretzels when we ordered 3 small
Would not honor digital coupon. Didn't tell me until after it was clicked and could not be used after 9 minutes.
