I really enjoy the pretzels anytime I need a quick snack at the mall. They are fresh every time and I have never had an issue with them being overcooked! The staff is always very friendly especially the morning crew with Joe, Deja and Ms. B.
The pretzels here are usually amazing rarely will they be a little too charred for my taste but even still they are soft and I personally love their flavored lemonades their peach flavor taste great the store manager let me have a sample of it explaining that the taste will be different from prior years and she wasn’t wrong at all it taste way better than previousl years!! 🫶
I’m not the biggest fan of pretzels but these aren’t that bad…they tend to be overcooked but I personally like/prefer them that way. Whenever I get them they’re nice and hot which is perfect and still soft even if they have some burn. I’ve never had any that tasted “old” or were just too hard. Good quick meal to walk around with.
Literally the worst customer service! Was cursed out by a woman who (according to the manager) doesn’t even work there. When complained I was given a free meal, mind you my friend was cursed out too and didn’t receive any compensation. When I went for my free meal the workers were rude, muttering under their breath about me. Don’t come here, genuinely someone needs to be fired. I also believe the compensation they gave me was incredibly undervalued.
The 3 workers let their friend get 5 pretzels for free and didn’t even acknowledge that I was asking to order. They would tell me to wait to pay until they were done talking with their friend. Each worker was also very clearly high. They left their post to watch TikTok and it was an overall horrible experience… won’t be coming back to another auntie Anne’s
