The 3 workers let their friend get 5 pretzels for free and didn’t even acknowledge that I was asking to order. They would tell me to wait to pay until they were done talking with their friend. Each worker was also very clearly high. They left their post to watch TikTok and it was an overall horrible experience… won’t be coming back to another auntie Anne’s

What you won't do is prepackage my online order that cost me $40 with entirely burnt product. See what you thought is that it was a dasher order and the person would be long gone before they figured it out. Nope! It was my personal order. And I opened the bag immediately to see that none of the product was even edible. Pressed for time I asked for a refund. And you tell me you cant refund online orders. First off, no disrespect to the young man that took my order but it would be nice if there was a standard uniform oppose to handling food in clothes that looked slept in. It's just food industry etiquette. But he was a pleasant young man and also very concerned about one of the other workers that seemed upset about something. I like that he checked on her. Food wise, the pretzel was hard and extremely salty to the point I trashed it after two bites...it was that bad. Maybe today was just an off day all around.
