I went there again today, forgetting that I've been there before... Both times: gross. Honestly, I love pretzels, and both times... super bad.
Man this place always so packed but its so fire
The teens running this place need to receive some additional training on customer service. In the end the pizza bites weren’t even worth the rude service 🤣 all that mean girl drama and the food was so bad.
I get zero joy from eating bites. Rather keep it real. Wetzels truly hits different in the best of ways. ;) Also like stressed GM working wasn't ever checked on. Yall do better for your staff no matter their role!!!
Alex was really patient and so nice when I was asking her for my birthday gift and she was helpful letting me get my birthday pretzel when the app didn’t let me use my free pretzel. She has fast service!!!
