Awful costumer service
I had a very disappointing experience at Auntie Anne’s. They were completely sold out of pretzels — which is honestly shocking for a place that specializes in pretzels. The only items available were a few Cinnabons, which defeats the entire purpose of going there. What made the experience worse was the customer service. The cashier, Naika, was rude and inattentive. Servers said they didnt have any whole cinnamon pretzels. We got the cut up pieces they call nuggets. Cold. Not good. Can't believe they did not actually have whole pretzels. Staff were not friendly Dont waste your money.
