Looked at the lady and she said “I don’t even have dough ready”, I can see that being problematic when you open at 9 (per google) and it is 11:15 am and almost lunchtime on a weekday. Later, my daughter wanted a drink after shopping, but I elected to drive somewhere else than to deal with this place

The guy working was so unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable the whole time I was ordering he was talking so quietly I couldn’t even understand him, he didn’t bother to ask what size I wanted or if he even took the order right just pointed at the machine for me to pay then gave me my drink that looked like this….. very disappointed in the service here
Girl behind counter is always great..the guy..not so much. He doesnt say a word, just stares at you. Very uncomfortable feeling. I usually wont order if hes there.
Employee didn't say a word. Ordered a drink and some mini pretzels. Gave me my pretzels and went and sat down. Had to ask for the drink. Pretzels were greasy drink was watered down.
