🤬 I'll never eat here again. We stopped in 11-22-25. It was raining cold and windy my daughter ordered cinnamon buns and I got a regular soft pretzel.... $17 later while walking down the boardwalk I opened my pretzel to find it was burnt hard and crappy. Fed it to the seagulls.🤬
Counter person was rude and argumentative. Asked for 2 originals with cheese, got one cheese, when I asked for another cheese, she argued (quite at length) that I only asked for one. Had to pay additional for another cheese to go with my cold dry pretzel. Not worth the $22, will not go back.
This is the second time I have tried to get food and beverages from here and then dissatisfied. One of the customers sitting outside that had already ordered food warned me not to get. They were right
I can't speak to the food but the manager today was great-an Uber order went to the other boardwalk location that was closed in the off-season during the week and he agreed to fill it for me so I could get the customer their order. Nice people.
Good pretzel nice employees. Just got pricey as it was $10 for a regular pretzel, but was a good quick bite.
