Very rude, no customer service. They are very busy today but that’s not a reason to yell at customers to close the door to the shop. Went in earlier in the day and the young man was very nice. But later the shop was crowded and a young woman yelled at me to come in and close the door even though there was not any room inside. Afterwards she continued to yell at other customers about the door as well. I understand asking someone to close the door but there’s no reason to yell at a customer. I’ve loved Auntie Anne’s since I was a kid, and honestly I like it better than Krispy Kreme — that’s how much I love their pretzels and desserts. But this Southaven location has been one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had lately. The attitudes from some of the staff can be really poor, and the quality is all over the place. Sometimes the pretzels are undercooked, and other times they’re so overcooked and chewy that it honestly feels like a choking hazard trying to eat them. Talking to the cashier was like talking to a box of rocks. Had a gift card that my wife had recieved for $10 went to swipe it, it said approved and so the remaining balance should have been $14 but instead of going through with the gift card she told us to "press the red X" (after it said approved) but my wife threw the gift card away cause it showed approved. Cashier saw her throw it away and said you can try it again insinuating that we dig through the trash and get it out. So I ended up throwing away a gift card with $10 ... read more

Nice place for a snack. I remember the cashier being a little dry. Perhaps work on greeting customers on the frontline.
