Only left a star so I can put a review on here they have bad customer service and they are very lazy drove from Richmond today to go here and they were closed at 6:15 closed at a earlier time then their time on the website which is 7:00pm.I guess the auntie Anne's at the Patrick Henry Mall is better
The pretzels were so stale and no flavor!!!
Food was warm, but the customer service was outstanding from the guy behind the counter on a Tuesday morning.
Probably one of the nicest dudes i've met tbh. Whoever worked at 1:45 pm today is definitely what you look for when it comes to customer service. Also very cheap place and extremely good. Will go again definitely
