The customer service here is AWFUL. Also the Manager Zach was no help at all. He told me since they were out of cookies I would have to take a Smores instead of Chocolate chip. I had to inform him that he doesnt make decisions for me . So with that being said he stated with am attitude well you will just have to wait 15 minutes and. Walked off. Mom came for a pretzel and rhey gave her the wrong one after going back they said they didnt have and normally other places make them and they make customers seem like inconvenience, and girl cashier and guy maker
Their services sucks and they make pretzels by orded and it takes 30 minutes to make a pretzel. I don't know in what world they think it's ok to have customers waiting for pretzels at a pretzel store. At least have the pretzel dough ready to cook on the oven to save time but no they have to prepare the dough make the pretzel and so on then out the pretzel inside the oven. Find a way to save customers time when they ask for pretzels at a pretzel store. It doesn't even make sense.
I recently visited your establishment with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. While the ambiance was pleasant, the service was shockingly poor. In particular, one of your employees, Emma, displayed an unacceptable level of disrespect towards me and my family. We understand that everyone has bad days, but her behavior was remarkably unprofessional, creating a hostile atmosphere.
