This store needs a supervisor. The staff was unaware of people with tree nut allergies as I witnessed them using the same gloves for both flavored pretzels. Also were touching garbage and their phones with the same gloves. To top it off, the cashier’s attitude was ridiculous.
Best auntie anne’s I’ve ever been to. One that’s clean and the pretzels are made correctly. I come to this one because this is actually my favorite location of theirs to go to. I’ve been a pretzel connoisseur most of my life and I’ve tried them all. Try these guys out if you want a quality pretzel!
20260315 There was only 1 person ahead of me. The employees making the pretzels were efficient, but the cashier was soooo slow. The line grews longer and longer while customers who ordered ahead of me waited and waited. The store also seemed old. I ordered a plain pretzel so that I don't have to wait.
I will never be back to this Auntie Anne’s Ever again, and this was my first time being there. The fact that it was only three workers working with a line out the door is ridiculous. I don’t know if they new or simply can’t work under pressure. We waited 40 minutes for our food We asked for a status of our order.
