Went Xmas shopping and we always get Auntie Annes pretzels wherever and whenever we shop. We were at Leesburg Outlets and when we went there, it was completely empty. Not one customer in there, yet the place was absolutely filthy and 4 people (at one point 5 but the other person went back behind the scene) stood behind the counter. I came in the other day and I was helped by the nicest young man. Even though he was busy making smoothies, he still took the time to take my order and make me a priority. I was not rushed and truly felt cared for and taken care of. The food was still hot which was appreciated as it was cold outside. Will definitely come back.
Please never order pretzels from this location. First, my order was incorrect; second, the pretzels were so hard and difficult to chew and third, they tastes stale and the incorrect pretzel (ordered sweet almond and received regular) that I received tasted like it was filled with dishwasher chemicals. We spent $45 and all of it ended up in the trash.
