This place has become a joke over the years. The service was completely unacceptable. My fiance and I decided to stop by Auntie Anne's on Sunday afternoon, 4/12/2026 at 1:00PM for a quick snack. We stood at the counter no less than 5 minutes waiting patiently to place our order. A black guy with tattoos appeared to be the only one working up front. The Gentleman that was working at Auntie Ann’s was so nice and respectful! I highly recommend coming to this location! You can tell he is a hard, dedicated worker especially being the only employee there today ! I Will definitely be coming back to this location
Man working there was very rude.
If I could give the employees here a zero star I would they are so rude And very unprepared and unprofessional worst experience I’ve had ever at this location.
Not a great experience. Girl was high. Pretzel was small and looked weird. she gave me a medium lemonade instead of large
