I love to stop by and grab a quick snack at auntie Anne’s! They have amazing customer service and employees are trained to perfection. This place has made a drastic improvement since I last visited. Very pleased and will be returning. Shoutout to Claudia and Jenna for running that place up to par!
I wouldn't even give one star to this place but you have to to leave a review worst place ever it was so hard I could not even chew it went back in to get another one and they gave me just one out of the warmers same thing threw it in the trash won't ever go back
The floor is dirty and the staff are not bothered. Music was a bit too loud making it a bit difficult for staff to listen and place our order. Blue raspberry lemonade was good, not too sweet.
The employees need retraining. One person was checking out a line 5 people long while 4 other employees stood around talking, there was another register available that had 0 malfunctions. Avoid this place if you can, wait times are waaaaay too long and the employees just are fake nice to get tips.
